LAHAINA, Hawaii (AP) - Tyler Thornton hit an off-balance 3-pointer with 20 seconds left, his second in the closing minute, to lift No. 6 Duke to a thrilling 68-61 victory over No. 14 Kansas for its fifth Maui Invitational title Wednesday night.
