CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) - North Carolina is finishing drives with touchdowns and frustrating opponents by forcing them to settle for field goals after pushing inside the 20-yard line. That production in the red zone is a big reason why the Tar Heels are off to a strong start under interim coach Everett Withers.
