ATLANTA (AP) - Orwin Smith scored two of Georgia Tech’s four first-quarter touchdowns, Stephen Hill caught two touchdown passes from Tevin Washington and Georgia Tech beat Western Carolina 63-21 on Thursday night in the opener for both teams.
