Swinney Hopes To Redshirt Brown Premium Content

CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) - Clemson coach Dabo Swinney said he plans to red-shirt defensive end Kourtnei Brown this fall, giving the junior two more seasons of eligibility with the Tigers.

Swinney made the announcement after practice Thursday. Clemson has several strong players at Brown’s position, including seniors Ricky Sapp and Kevin Alexander and sophomore Da’Quan Bowers.
