Virginia Beats Top-Ranked UC Irvine 5-0
IRVINE, Calif. (AP) — Virginia took advantage of a season-high four errors by UC Irvine and Danny Hultzen limited the top-ranked Anteaters to six singles in a 5-0 victory Saturday night.
Second-seeded Virginia (45-12-1) scored twice in the fifth and three times in the sixth with three errors aiding the Cavaliers.
