Florida State Gets Early Start In Win Over Miami
DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - Tommy Oravetz hit a two-run home run to cap a four-run, first-inning to help Florida State take a 4-2 victory over Miami in the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament.
The Seminoles (42-14) will play their next game Saturday at noon against Georgia Tech, assured of a berth in Sunday’s championship game.
Miami starter Chris Hernandez gave up a leadoff single to Tommy Holt….
