BC’s Herzlich Leads ACC Football All-Academic Team
GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) - Eight players from Maryland, Boston College linebacker Mark Herzlich and Florida State’s Myron Rolle lead the Atlantic Coast Conference academic football team.
Herzlich, a linebacker, was the league’s defensive player of the year. Rolle, a safety, earned the prestigious Rhodes Scholarship and will continue graduate studies at Oxford University.
