RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - North Carolina State quarterback Russell Wilson won’t need surgery to repair the knee he injured in the Papajohns.com Bowl.

School officials said Tuesday that an MRI this week confirmed doctors’ initial diagnosis of a sprained knee and a torn posterior cruciate ligament.
