Papajohns.com Bowl Invites N.C. State, Rutgers
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Two of the hottest teams in the Atlantic Coast and Big East conferences will meet in the Papajohns.com Bowl.
North Carolina State officials said Sunday they have accepted a berth opposite Rutgers in the Birmingham, Ala., game.
The Wolfpack (6-6) started 2-6 but won their last four games to become bowl eligible for the first time since 2005.
