Post-tragedy Moves Can Draw Scrutiny

BLACKSBURG – As Virginia Tech continues its long, slow recovery in the aftermath of the April 16 on-campus shootings that left 33 people dead, it’s becoming clearer that no student, no administrator, no department has been left unaffected.
In Tech’s athletic department, for example, some of the lingering issues related to the shootings are just starting to be realized….
