There was no shortage of effort in the ACC tournament. Ball-handling and good shooting though, were scarce.

If you’re a basketball fan and have difficulty telling whether you’re coming or going this time of year, you’re not alone. (If you feel that way in general, you’re on your own.)

There is, after all, just…

Yellow Jackets Back Up Hype

Take away Duke and North Carolina and no ACC team received more preseason hype than Georgia Tech. Armed with one of the nation’s top-rated recruiting classes, the Yellow Jackets were even mentioned as a dark horse contender for the Final Four by some.

Now we finally know why.

The Yellow Jackets, which hadn’t won two games in a row since January,…

Former college coach Denny Kuiper breaks down Duke’s semifinal win over Miami.

Miami made a gallant effort in the tournament. The Hurricanes just dug themselves into deep holes twice. They were able to overcome a double-digit deficit in the first half, but couldn’t repeat the feat in the second half. Duke, with this win, in my opinion has locked up a No. 1 seed in…

Something is becoming very clear in the ACC tournament games; don’t take any team lightly. Virginia gave Duke all it could handle until the last six minutes of the game, and No. 12 seed Miami continued to move forward with a victory over Virginia Tech. Other than Duke, I don’t think there are any…
