The Big Picture
The program has been on shaky ground since coach Steve Spurrier left after the 1989 season, but the Carl Franks era has been downright earthquake-like. He’s 3-30 overall, with all three victories coming in his 1999 debut. Franks swears the overall talent and speed continue to get better with every recruiting class, but it’s time to see some results…
