Bowden Criticisms Lacked Substance

CLEMSON — The Sporting News caused quite a stir in Clemson recently, when it anonymously quoted an ACC football coach who ripped Tommy Bowden. On the magazine’s website, college football writer Tom Dienhart related a conversation in which a coach basically called Bowden an overrated, spoiled backstabber.
