CLEMSON — One thing you can say about Clemson athletic director Terry Don Phillips:
He’s proactive.
During the first week of June, Phillips sent an e-mail to IPTAY representatives to make “abundantly clear” that Clemson football coach Tommy Bowden is not on the hot seat.
