February 14, 2005 CLEMSON — Facing an important four-game homestand — four games Clemson needed to get closer to the NIT — the Tigers didn’t take advantage. In fact, they flat-out blew it.

Clemson ended the homestand 1-3 and squarely on the bubble for the NIT after losing to Miami 83-77 on Feb. 12. The stretch was marked by raging inconsistency:
