Weekend Preview, Week Six
Great. One week in and already my credibility’s shot.
In my first attempt at predicting games, I did my best imitation of the PAC-10’s non-conference record, going 2-4. (Thank you, I’ll be here all week. Try the veal.)
I thought Clemson would edge Maryland. Nope. I thought Duke still hadn’t proven anything. Now they have. I thought UNC would struggle without T.J. Yates. It did … until Cam Sexton came in. I thought Wake would roll Navy. I was unaware that aliens would take over Riley Skinner’s body during the game.
No sense whining. Time to get back on the horse and give it another shot. Fortunately, my agent wrote in a really strong buyout clause into my contract, so I feel safe about my job making these picks.
