The Tar Heels, who were behind only Louisville, signed Jeff Lebo, Kevin Madden and Steve Bucknall but lost Danny Ferry to Duke. The Wolfpack got Charles Shackleford, Walker Lambiotte, Chucky Brown and Kelsey Weems….
