Myles Turner Schedules Duke Visit

Duke already has commitments from four 2014 McDonalds All Americans, but the Blue Devils may not be done just yet. 

News broke early Tuesday that Myles Turner, a 6-foot-11 center out of Trinity High School in Bedford, Texas, scheduled a visit to Duke. Turner was named to the McDonalds game’s East roster, along with Duke signees PG Tyus Jones and SF Justise Winslow. SG Grayson Allen and C Jahlil Okafor are on the West team. He’s ranked as a five-star recruit by Scout, Rivals and 247. ESPN has him ranked as the second-best prospect in the senior class, behind Okafor.  

Turner will be in Durham, NC the weekend of March 8, for Duke’s regular season finale against North Carolina. He’s taken visits to Ohio State and Oklahoma State and may schedule visits with Kansas and Kentucky.
