Boston College
BC Interruption looks at the rest of the schedule based on the Sagarin rankings and predictor. Things don't really look that good for the Eagles.

Tajh Boyd has found the perfect fit with Clemson. Against N.C. State, he'll need to restrain himself and not play greedy. Apparently Sammy Watkins is a big trash talker on the field, but he says it's just all part of the game. Here's a depth chart breakdown between Clemson and N.C. State. Especially with No. 2 WR Charone Peake out for the season, the Tigers are looking for more production from Martavis Bryant.

Duke will the the headliner team at the 2013 NIT Preseason Tip-Off. Arizona, Alabama and Rutgers are three other big schools there.

Florida State
The FSU defense still has questions that it needs to answer since they haven't been tested too much this year so far. This column looks at game weekends and how to enjoy FSU home games

Georgia Tech
Vad Lee has added a serious passing element to the Georgia Tech offense, which could really be deadly against undisciplined defenses. Still, the Yellow Jackets are looking to continue finding new ways to score on offense after feeling like they left some points on the field vs. Duke. Their diamond shotgun formation could give UNC fits this weekend

West Virginia might be a cautionary tale for Maryland as the Terps leave the ACC. WVU didn't exactly light it up in its first year in the Big 12, and Maryland might not either in the Big Ten.

The Miami defense is already much improved from last year, but they want to continue to improve. Backup QB Preston Dewey will be having back surgery and plans to not play football anymore.

North Carolina
Bleacher Report looks at how Roy Williams and UNC should try to round out its class of 2014.

N.C. State
Here's a look and breakdown of the matchup with Clemson.

Notre Dame
During the Irish's comeback win against Purdue, Tommy Rees finally made it "his team" as he led them back. With Michigan State looming ahead, Notre Dame is preparing for the nation's top defense.

Freshmen such as WR Tyler Boyd are making a big impact early on for Pittsburgh. Cardiac Hill looks at traveling to Duke and what to expect for fans.

In a "Where are they now?" segment, Syracuse.com looks at now-high school basketball coach Herman Harried. Will Syracuse start both C.J. Fair and Jeremi Grant together? Reminder - basketball practice starts next Friday for the Orange.

Doug Doughty writes that defensive tackle Brent Urban has been coming on strong and is just starting to reach his potential. In some baseball news, the players put up big numbers during summer league play

Virginia Tech
Corey Marshall will redshirt this year and then move back to defensive end after trying out defensive tackle in the offseason. Norm Wood writes that the defense - which is playing well - is doing the brunt of the heavy lifting for the team right now. Wood also writes that Antone Exum and J.C. Coleman continue to battle injuries and still need more time.

Wake Forest
After a pretty pedestrian 1-2 start - including a loss to Louisiana-Monroe last week - Wake Forest continues to look for answers and some sort of offensive identity.
