Boston College
Andre Williams is looking forward to his senior day and gave his thoughts in anticipation of it. Another senior, tight end Mike Naples, scored his first career touchdown against New Mexico State, and it was worth the wait.

The Tigers' dream of playing in the national championship game is pretty much gone, but they've still got a lot to play for. Shakin the Southland looks closer at the depth charts of Georgia Tech and Clemson. The Tigers are expecting a very chilly night on Thursday. With the Jonathan Martin situation still receiving national attention, Dabo Swinney made it clear that bullying and hazing aren't issues in his locker room

Kansas defeated Duke in a very fun game to watch, as Jabari Parker and Andrew Wiggins both came to play. Here are some extra thoughts from the N&O about the game. Parker might be the most talented player in his class, but he doesn't want the attention. Who has a more impressive streak, Duke football or the Carolina Panthers?

Florida State
This writer might be a little premature in this claim, but he says to pencil in FSU in the national championship game. In this ESPN the Magazine article, Jameis Winston's meteoric rise is sometimes hard to believe, but it's for real. FSU has been winning in blowouts recently, which is great for them, but sometimes bad for Winston, since he plays less. But he still leads the Heisman race, according to USA Today.

Georgia Tech
Read about the Yellow Jackets' plan to renovate their main weight room. The Yellow Jackets have continued to take steps forward throughout this season. Brian Gregory was rewarded with a one-year contract extension

Though the Terrapins barely lost to UConn last week, they're hoping to have their second half comeback carry over into other games. Point guard Varun Ram has had an unlikely journey to Maryland, but he'll help lead the team with point guard depth being short right now.

Miami has plans to add a new football practice field that would include a lighted artificial turf field. Fans are complaining about defensive coordinator Mark D'Onofrio because the defense has given up 83 points in the last two games.

North Carolina
A stronger pass defense has been one of the biggest keys for UNC's turnaround in their season. Basketball commitment Theo Pinson is about to sign with UNC, and the Daily Tar Heel looked more in depth at Pinson and his life

N.C. State
The Wolfpack basketball team lost on the road to Cincinnati 68-57. One of the most talked about rule changes this year is how fouls are being called, and the game with Cincinnati produced 46 fouls total.

Notre Dame
With two games left and following a loss to Pitt, there's not much at stake for the Irish. Although there seems to be a "Game of the Century" every other weekend, the Notre Dame-FSU game in 1993 was one of the best ever, even looking back on it 20 years later.

Coming off a big win against Notre Dame, the Panthers are looking to keep the momentum going against UNC. If you want a good laugh, check out Paul Chryst dancing with the team after the win Saturday. The basketball team won big over Fresno State 75-54. Offensive coordinator Joe Rudolph liked the offensive balance his team showed against Notre Dame.

The Orange picked up a win over Fordham on Tuesday, winning 89-74. Scott Shafer once helped Stanford upset USC, and now he wants to make a similarly big upset with FSU. C.J. Fair has raised his level of consistency and production.

The Cavaliers were close to beating VCU, but a three at the end by VCU gave Virginia a loss. Former Cavalier LaRoy Reynolds, who is on the Jacksonville Jaguars, has been suspended.

Virginia Tech
The Hokies rallied from a 17-point deficit to comeback and defeat West Virginia. Athletic director Jim Weaver plans to step down next month because of health reasons.

Wake Forest
Devin Thomas and Codi Miller-McIntyre were the keys to Wake Forest getting a win over VMI.
