We are one day away from football season being here. Today's links are all about preparing for opponents and making any last minute fixes while they can still be made.

Boston college

Head coach Steve Addazio and his staff are utilizing social media as a way to sell the football program.

Sammy Watkins is taking aim at DeAndre Hopkins' receiving records and is getting advice from an unlikely source. Clemson fans love their Tigers, some students waited in like for over 160 hours to get tickets for the game against Georgia on Saturday.

Blue Devil Nation breaks down the upcoming Duke football season by the numbers. The offensive line is ready to attack this season.

FLorida State

The Seminoles were in full preparation for the Pittsburgh Panthers in practice on Tuesday. The depth chart was also released yesterday, and the defensive front is taking on a different look from last year.

Georgia Tech

The Yellow Jackets are doing everything they can to avoid being upset by the Elon Phoenix this weekend.

C.J. Brown is looking to bounce back from his knee injury last year and is doing so with a positive outlook on everything. It was Randy Edsall's birthday yesterday, so of course he took time to discuss the depth chart with the media.

Miami is attempting to erect a "great wall" of linemen to protect QB Stephen Morris and RB Duke Johnson this year. Clint Hurtt, a former Miami assistant who was involved in the NCAA investigations and provided false or misleading testimony, will coach for the Louisville Cardinals on Sunday as its defensive line coach.

North Carolina

Larry Fedora and his staff received a huge commitment from four-star RB Elijah Hood last night. Hood de-committed from Notre Dame last week before choosing the Tar Heels. Here are some keys to the South Carolina game for the Heels. In the NBA, here's a look at what alum Antawn Jamison brings to the Clippers. Also, here's a picture of alum Danny Green wearing Google Glass (or he's been assimilated by the Borg).

N.c. state

First year head coach Dave Doeren is excited to see how the Wolfpack performs under real game pressure. It appears that $14 million has been put down for a new indoor football practice facility near Carter-Finley Stadium.

The Orange staff shares the same philosophy on the football field. Scott Shafer is getting creative about getting the ball into his running backs hands. While Syracuse coaches have done all right in their first games overall as new head coach, none fared very well against Penn State in the first matchup.

The first shots have been fired between Pittsburgh and Florida State leading up to next Monday night's tilt between the two teams. Rece Davis takes a look at the game and breaks down what the Panthers need to do to have a shot to win.

The best blocker on the team title belongs to fullback Billy Skrobacz.

Virginia tech

Gobbler Country takes a look at Alabama in-depth, which is probably a very scary thing. The 2015 Ohio State-Virginia Tech game has been moved to Labor Day.

Wake Forest

Will the Deacs offense be good enough to propel its senior class to a second bowl in four years? Running back Josh Harris has impressed everybody since returning to the team a couple of weeks ago.
