GREENSBORO — The name of the committee sounded as if it were labeled by the
NCAA, which loves tongue-twisters that make no sense. Its participants were
members of the Secretary’s Commission on Opportunity in Athletics, and they
made their final report in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 29-30.
