Wake: “Worst” Class Just Fine Premium Content

Since 2006, Wake Forest has defied expectations to become one of the top teams in the ACC. But the Demon Deacons were fooling the experts before then in recruiting as well.

In 2005, Wake brought in a class that was widely considered the lowest-rated in the league. It’s safe to say now that the group, which included an unknown quarterback named Riley Skinner, was a little better than that.

This is the first stop in our look at how the recruiting Class of 2005 has fared at all 12 ACC schools. Enjoy.
